OpenHack 2025 – GDPR Consent Form

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you:

• The Organizers (GDG On Campus UNSTPB) will process your personal data (name, email, university, and team info) for the purpose of managing OpenHack 2025.

• Your data will be stored securely and deleted 30 days after the event unless you give explicit consent for continued contact.

• Your name and email will also be shared with the Google Developer Groups (GDG) Platform, and processed under their Terms & Conditions.

• Photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes by the Organizers and partners.

By signing this form (physically or electronically during registration), you declare that you:

• Consent to the collection and processing of your data as described.

• Consent to the use of your image and likeness in media coverage of the event.

• Understand your rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) and may contact the Organizers via support@openlabs.ro to exercise them.
